By creating an account or using Ontolize, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ontolize. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Do not share your login credentials or let others access your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Ontolize, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or private data.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Ontolize a non-exclusive license to display your content within the platform to the audience you specify via visibility settings.

6. Safety & Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a safety risk. During the Private Beta, report concerning behavior by emailing hello@ontolize.com.

7. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Ontolize is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Private Beta features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
